Gratyo Group is looking for a People & Culture Officer to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and building a high-performance team. We offer a competitive salary of Rp 6.500.000 - Rp 7.000.000 per month.

As a People & Culture Officer, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and loyalty. You will also be responsible for organizing team-building activities, recognizing employee achievements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace practices.
Recognize and reward employee achievements to motivate and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Collaborate with the leadership team to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
Stay updated on industry best practices in employee engagement and culture building.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a People & Culture or HR role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as BambooHR or Workday.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
