📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire construction process for high-profile development projects in Badung, Bali.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the construction industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully completing large-scale projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
