📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract and retain top-tier clients.
• Build and maintain a robust network of Business Agents (BA), Partners, and Mitras across the Bali region.
• Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot to manage client relationships and track marketing performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote mortgage solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully expanding networks and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and trends in Bali.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in mortgage lending or financial services is a plus.
