• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced consumer environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing retail teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
