In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating deals to ensure our company's success. You will use tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage your pipeline and track your progress. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 6,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per month.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial property sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and contracts to ensure successful closures.
- Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage your pipeline and track your progress.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on your sales activities and performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the property sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
