As a Manager/Assistant Manager (Support Operations & Facilities) in ECON Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our support teams and facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and functional, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing and monitoring operational procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuously improving our facilities to meet the evolving needs of our patients and staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of support teams and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Lead and mentor support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of support operations with clinical services.
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve facilities and operational processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility management and support operations.
• Ensure that all facilities meet the requirements of relevant health and safety standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related role in the healthcare industry.
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to oversee and mentor support staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards relevant to healthcare facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as ServiceNow, FM:Vision, or similar tools.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
