📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising the daily operations of the outlet.,Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Overseeing inventory management and stock control.,Training and mentoring junior staff members.,Promoting sales and achieving targets.,Maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.,Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,High school diploma or equivalent.
