Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using production management software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards🛠️ Keahlian
