📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep our dining experience fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all food prepared meets health and safety standards, and that our kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Lead and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Work closely with the camp's management team to ensure that our dining experience meets the needs and expectations of our guests.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and incorporate new ideas into our menu and kitchen operations.,Ensure that our kitchen is stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies, and that our inventory is managed efficiently.,Work with the camp's marketing team to develop and promote special dining events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,A degree in culinary arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of staff and guests.,A passion for cooking and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Experience with developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.,Knowledge of health and safety standards in the food service industry.,Experience with managing inventory and ensuring that the kitchen is stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies.
