Camp Nest Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated Operational Manager to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental and sustainability standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials.,Plan and coordinate events and activities at the camp, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and guests.,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and targets.,Knowledge of operational systems, processes, and best practices in the hospitality industry.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, as well as environmental and sustainability standards.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
