📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of bakery items according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Prepare and maintain food cost records and reports.,Participate in quality control and food safety audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and techniques.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
