📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects.,Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Inspect and maintain electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Mentor and train junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.,Perform troubleshooting and repair work on electrical systems.,Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety protocols.,Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.,Valid electrical contractor's license and insurance.,Certifications such as NECA, Master Electrician, or other relevant certifications are a plus.,Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.
