📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent),Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and presentation skills,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
