📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
