Urban Plus Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tenggarong. This is an urgent position that requires a professional who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the driver's performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to the driver's team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
