📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of entertainment professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement entertainment programs that align with the resort’s brand and guest expectations.
• Oversee the booking and coordination of live performances, including musicians, dancers, and other artists.
• Organize and manage interactive activities and events, such as themed parties, workshops, and cultural shows.
• Ensure all entertainment activities comply with health and safety regulations and resort policies.
• Collaborate with the resort’s marketing team to promote entertainment events and enhance guest engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of entertainment activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the entertainment offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in entertainment management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading entertainment teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and guests.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute entertainment programs.
• Knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
