🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong track record in financing solutions.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulatory environment.
• Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
