📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Handle inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
