📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Butler in managing daily operations and staff coordination.
  • Ensure all guest needs and requests are promptly addressed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff alike.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or service industry.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and software.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
