• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with basic proficiency in other languages an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Jakarta Raya's local attractions and services.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
