📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Manage and maintain the physical store environment, ensuring it is clean and appealing.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Track and report branch performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
