📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
