Falcon Incorporation Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning to final completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects, and be able to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quantity surveying process for interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contracts.,Prepare and maintain detailed cost estimates, schedules, and reports for interior fit-out projects.,Monitor and control project costs, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out according to the approved plans and specifications.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project.,Ensure that all documentation and records are accurately maintained and made available for auditing purposes.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
