📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage budgets for learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
