📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.,Manage the payroll process for the company.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.,Monitor and manage cash flow and budgeting.,Handle any other accounting duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
