Salon Cahya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. We are a vibrant café and coffee shop located in the heart of Ubud, Bali, offering a unique blend of coffee, food, and relaxation.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. We are seeking someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and maintain training materials and resources.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
