📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant managers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.
