Mart Glow Indonesia is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and trends.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
