PT Cemerlang Usaha is looking for a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in creating and delivering effective training solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development objectives.,Identify training needs and design solutions to address them, ensuring that the training programs are relevant and effective.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging and impactful.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the training programs meet the needs of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to the design and delivery of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.,Leverage technology to enhance the learning experience and make training more accessible and engaging for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and best practices in training and development.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
