Sant Group Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Beauty Advisor Team Leader or Area Store Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of beauty advisors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance in our retail stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of beauty advisors to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.,Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Promote and sell beauty and fragrance products to customers, providing personalized recommendations.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager and regional office.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the beauty, retail, or fragrance industry.,Proven track record of driving sales performance and improving store operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent knowledge of beauty and fragrance products, as well as market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
