📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain bakery management software such as BakerNet, Baker Tally, or similar systems.
• Provide technical support and training to bakery owners and operators, ensuring seamless integration of software into their daily operations.
• Conduct system audits and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with bakery equipment manufacturers and ingredient suppliers to integrate their products into our software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials to support our clients.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to network with peers and stay connected to the bakery community.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on software performance, client satisfaction, and industry insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or a similar role in the bakery or food industry.
• Familiarity with bakery management software, including BakerNet, Baker Tally, or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers.
• Certification in software implementation or technical support is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
